TI8 Collector's Cache will feature a subterranean theme

Valve invited all the Workshop creators to submit their creations for The International 2018 Collector's Cache, which will spotlight a subterranean theme.
Update: Sets released!
A few days ago, Valve revealed that The International 8 will take place in Canada from August 20th to 25th. Today, they informed the community that we will move underground with the new collection of skins in this year’s Collector's Cache.
All artists eager to participate must submit their creations to the workshop with the "Collector’s Cache 2018" tag by Sunday, April 29th. As usual, the votes of the entire Steam Community will be valued during the selection process.
There are no constraints on the heroes that may join the new treasure chest, and Valve encouraged the artists to create as many designs as possible, even for heroes that do not have a strict subterranean connection. As usual, they asked to not use any concept involving human skulls, blood, and gore.
They are also looking for new designs for the Dota 2 merchandise. All works can be submitted to the workshop with the "Merchandise" tag.
