Perfect World has released only limited official info regarding the ages of the characters in Neverness to Everness. To provide a clearer picture, this list relies on guesswork based on official cinematics, character design, and a close look at the game's lore.
I have analyzed professional roles (like Bureau leadership versus shop interns), social status, and in-game dialogue to provide the most accurate estimates possible for the residents of Hethereau.
This list provides approximate ages for most characters, so please note that many of them are not canon.

Ages - from youngest to oldest
Edgar: 11-12
The game’s lore describes Edgar as the most serious among the younger characters, showing a maturity that hides his true age. Even though he acts professionally, his small size and the way older Bureau members treat him show that he is one of the youngest.
Chiz: 12-13
Chiz is the Lobby Manager at Pink Paws Bank. While her bio mentions that people often mistake her for a young intern because of her height and cheerful appearance, she is a genius who has memorized every legal footnote of her bank’s contracts. She is a perfect example of a “prodigy child.”
Sakiri: 13-14
Sakiri wears a reworked school uniform and is known for her rebellious attitude. While some lore snippets jokingly refer to her as a “baby” for her petite stature and adorable knee bandages, her role as the “rule maker” of the fridge in the Eibon Antique Shop indicates she is a middle-school-aged teen with a strong personality.
Mint: 14-15
Mint is energetic and wields dual blades, with a design that reflects anearly adolescent appearance. She serves as a junior companion to the MC and often shows a strong sense of curiosity and wonder, as someone still gaining experience with the world around her.
Haniel: 15-16
A member of Sterry Express, Haniel’s bio explicitly describes her as “living her teenage years.” She is obsessed with headsets and pop culture. Her dialogue and bright personality suggest she is in the mid-to-late years of high school.
Nanally: 17-18
Nanally is the manager at the Eibon Antique Shop and the self-proclaimed Ichi-daime (First Generation) of the Colucci family. Despite her manager title, lore mentions she can “pass for high school or middle school age.” Her professionalism is often softened by her cat-like behavior, placing her in the late teen to early adult transition phase.
Skia: 18-20
Skia is a shadow-user with a cool and slightly edgy design. As an A-class agent, he comes across as more experienced than the younger characters, but still has a slim and youthful physique typical of someone just entering adulthood.
Zero: 19-21 physically (chronological age unknown)
Zero’s chronological age is unknown due to their mysterious origins.
Lacrimosa: 20 physically (chronological age unknown)
Lacrimosa is an anomaly herself, capable of transforming into a “trash-can dog.” She appears as a young woman, but her gothic name (Latin for weeping) and supernatural nature suggest she could be much older than she looks, even though she presents as a young adult.
Hotori: 20-22
Hotori is implied to be the actual owner of the Eibon Antique Shop, and her dialogue reveals a savvy business mind. She carries herself with a slightly more mature energy compared to Nanally.
Aurelia: 21-23
An Esper associated with Tamamochi Street. Aurelia’s elegant design and sophisticated manner of speech indicate a young woman who has finished her formal education and is established in her field.
Daffodil: 22-24
A serious warrior whose focus is entirely on her target and her blade. Daffodil doesn’t share the more playful traits of the younger characters, but shows the calm discipline of an adult combatant who likely has several years of field experience.
Jiuyuan: 24-26
Jiuyuan runs a large information network in Hethereau and is a highly influential figure known for reading people well and piecing together secrets. Her level of social reach and ability to build connections suggests she has several years of experience working within the city’s underworld.
Hathor: 25-28
Described as someone who “rubs elbows with powerful figures who’d rather stay out of sight,” Hathor moves in elite social circles and works as a fixer. Her design is sleek and sophisticated, and she’s trusted with high-level planning and execution that younger Espers typically aren’t involved in.
Baicang: 28-32
As the Captain of ETD-4 at the Bureau of Anomaly Control, Baicang is a seasoned veteran. Although he’s described as irreverent and a work-dodger, his bio also points to “years of carefully cultivated connections.” He gives off a laid-back, older-brother vibe, but is clearly a leader with a long track record behind him.
Adler: 40-45
Adler is one of the few characters widely recognized as middle-aged. He comes across as a grounded, authoritative figure within the Bureau of Anomaly Control and often ends up acting as the adult in the room when dealing with younger, more chaotic Espers.
Fadia: 100+ chronologically (20-25 physically)
Fadia is the vampire of the group. She wields a massive tombstone and uses vampire-like martial arts. While she appears as a young woman in her prime, her unusual recruitment background and undead theme suggest she may be a long-lived entity, likely existing far longer than most other characters on this list.
